Wait where is the lake.

So  my roommate and I have to decided we've had enough of the apartment life and decided to build a house.  We were first looking at Town Houses but realized for roughly the same price we could build a stand alone house.  We found a nice community called Spring Lake where Ryan Homes had a few lots still available and decided to build a house with them using their Venice floor plan.  Why the community is called Spring Lake is anyone's guess as there is no lake anywhere nearby.

All our paperwork is done and construction is getting ready to start.  So to start us off some pictures of the ground preconstruction.
